Project Summary

This demo was created to showcase how eLearning can translate physical movement into an engaging, step‑by‑step experience. Using Articulate Storyline 360, I designed an interactive module that walks learners through proper squat form—covering stance, depth, alignment, and common mistakes. I incorporated animated cues. to help learners assess and correct their technique. The interface mirrors the clean, bold style often associated with CrossFit branding, creating a high‑energy look and feel.

The process combined instructional design strategy with visual storytelling. I storyboarded the module to map out key learning moments, then used Photoshop to create custom visuals and overlays that reinforced key teaching points. Each interaction was built to simulate a coaching experience, giving users the confidence to practice safely and effectively. This project demonstrates how eLearning can break down physical skills into digestible, interactive lessons that motivate and engage learners.
