This eLearning project uses Articulate Storyline 360 to guide learners through a short, interactive meditation. With custom visuals, soft audio, and gentle pacing, the module promotes mindfulness and mental well-being. Designed in Photoshop with muted colors and organic shapes, it creates a calm, reflective experience—showcasing how digital learning can also support self-care.
